Design Features

Manufacturing Process
The LSR overmolding process is to inject LSR material into a mold containing PA66+GF15, so that the LSR material is overmolded on the latter, and the advantages of the two complement each other to enhance tensile strength and stability. In this process, a 4-cavity mold is used. The cavity refers to the independently separated enclosed space in the mold device. Compared with the single-cavity mold, the 4-cavity mold has a 4 times higher output and a lower production cost per product.
