Introduction

1 Export molds are designed and manufactured according to customer company standards and match the injection molding machine specified by the customer.


2 Non-export molds shall be designed and manufactured in accordance with our company's standards and matched with our company's injection molding machines.

Mold life

There are 6 level of mold life, which we can produce mold with. At Fox mold, Mold life counter is attached on the mold to reflex the real-time mold life after each mold trail or production. 


Category A, mold life is more than 1 million times, generally use quenched mold steel, quenching hardness HRC48 degrees or more, commonly used mold steel H13, S7, 1.2344, 1.2083, S136; the whole set of mold base P20 ( HRC28-32 ) , 420SS , ejector and other parts do DLC coating


Class B, mold life is 500,000 to 1,000,000 times. Generally, quenched mold steel is used, and the quenching hardness is above HRC48 . Common mold steels are H13, S7, 1.2344, 1.2083, S136, a complete set of mold bases S50C; or a complete set of mold bases, or AB plates P20, 420SS


Class C, mold life is 100,000 to 500,000 times, generally use pre-hardened or quenched mold steel, pre-hardened steel ; or quenching hardness HRC48 degrees or above, commonly used mold steel H13, S7, 1.2344, 1.2083, 1.2083H, S136H,718,738, NAK80; mold base S50C;


Class D: The mold life is 10,000 to 100,000 times. Pre - hardened steel is generally used, such as P20, 738 , 718 , NAK80; mold base S50C;


Category E : mold life is 1,000 to 10,000 times, generally ordinary steel is used, such as S50C, P20; mold base S50C (or MUD shared mold base)


Category F: mold life < 500 times, generally use ordinary steel or aluminum, such as 6061 aluminum, S50C; mold base S50C (or MUD shared mold base)

High Quality Plastic Injection Molding

step1:Feeding
Material granules, plastic injection molding raw materials, are fed into a heated barrel through a hopper, where they will melt under heat and pressure that you would like your parts to be dealt with.
Step 2: Melted
The resins melt under the influence of heater bands and frictional action of the molding screw, ready to be injected into a mold cavity. Strict inspection is in place to make sure that your material are fully utilized.
Step 3: Injection
The melted resins are injected into the mold cavity where it cools down and forms the same shape as the cavity. The cavity number is the exact the same as you required.
Step 4: Ejecting
The melted plastic has cooled down and will be removed onto a movable platen. When the plastic part are in its final shape, the platen opens and the plastic part is forced out from the mold. The part will be delivered to you as soon as it is ready for package.
