Insert Molding

Pressure Die Casting
We are determined to meet your demands and ensure the quality at the very beginning. Our mold tools are made from steel, such as H13, SKD61, 8407. Mold life differs based on different raw materials, among which the life of mold tool made from 8407 ranges from 500 thousand to 1 million shots.

We carry out a systematic mold-making process, from creating the DFM and mold design for feasibility to comprehensive after-sales support, striving to enable efficient, cost-friendly mold making.
DFM Analysis,Mold flow and Mold Design 
We will carry out reasonable DFM analyzing according to customer’s requirements, such as appearance, tolerance, life, production requirements, and more. 

The DFM report can be completed within 1-7 days, which can help customers optimize and modify product design. Mold flow analysis is available as per your request. 
To carry out your exact requests, we correct the amendment based on your feedback until approval.

You can directly call engineers and discuss technical details by video conference to gain clear insights. Following the confirmed DFM report, we complete the mold design by 3-7 days. 3D or 2D drawing is provided for your reviewing and approval. 
 
With abundant design experience, we can make molds that support special engineering plastic materials such as PA6, PA66, PPS, PPO, PBT, PEEK, PEI, PPSU, and more.  
Rough machining by CNC machine 
In injection mold development, CNC machining is used to create molds for producing plastic parts. CNC machines precisely cut and shape the mold cavity and core based on the CAD design. This ensures the mold's accuracy and enables mass production of identical parts with tight tolerances. CNC machining in injection mold development allows for complex geometries and fine details to be replicated with high precision. 
EDM-Electrical Discharge Machining
EDM, or Electrical Discharge Machining, is a process used in mold development to create intricate and precise features in hardened materials such as steel or carbide.  

In EDM, an electrically charged electrode and the workpiece are submerged in a dielectric fluid. A series of controlled electrical discharges erode the material, forming the desired shape. This process is particularly useful for creating complex geometries, deep cavities, and fine details that may be challenging or impossible to achieve with traditional machining methods like CNC milling.

In mold development, EDM is often used for creating the core and cavity of molds, as well as for adding details like texture or cooling channels. It allows for high accuracy and surface finish, making it a valuable technique in producing molds for injection molding and other manufacturing processes. 
Mold trial and FAI measurement
We will develop specific processing routes, monitor the production process via ERP system and update the progress status of mold processing weekly. 

The critical mold dimension is also measured by CMM after each processing.

After the mold production, a series of trial production will be carried out to ensure that the mold can meet your production requirements. The first article inspection reports, pictures or videos of trail production are available for you to view.
