Mold special solution: 2 drops valve gates hot runner, with double disc swing collapsible core structure to demold and conforming cooling system.
The unique conforming cooling system insert is metal 3D printed.
There are two injection movement, the first time is ejection by mold ejector plate, to demold the undercut by collapsible core, support by latch lock.
The second ejection is by ejector pin to push out the part.
