A Mold Flow Report contents including:
1. Shows the part thickness layout.
2. Analyze the filling by specified raw material grade(for example Pocan B 3235);
3. Runner systerm layout of different option of hot runner system;
4. Filling/Melt Front time;
5. Temperature at flow front.
6. Welding line analysis.
7. Air traps analysis.
8. Pressure at V/P switchover.
9. Pressure at injection location X/Y plot.
10. Clamping force.
11. Volumetric shrinkage.
12. Sink make estimation analysis.
13. All effect deflection, X/Y/Z total deflection.
And Summary of all the issues and suggestion solution.
